About sensible room solutions

I was fortunate to be accepted into pharmacy school, but after the first semester, I realized this was not my heart’s calling. I had been involved in artistic pursuits for many years, and I decided to further pursue my heart’s desire in a practical way – home decorating. 

Providentially, I met the publisher of “Rustic Elegance” magazine in 2006, which led to working as a photo stylist for food and furnishings, and also to the writing a regular feature for this publication, “The Art of Living.” 

Everything took off from there.

 I created Sensible Room Solutions to support homeowners with a fast, affordable, and easy way to implement the proper use and placement of color, lighting, furniture, and accessories. 

At times, customers simply need guidance in placing their existing pieces after a move; at other times, it’s choosing a paint color that creates the proper mood. Whether the project is one room or an entire house, the goal is always to assist customers in achieving their vision for a home that is comfortable, functional, and beautiful.
